Automating repetitive processes in VIEWAPP

In the inspection operations of different companies there is a need for repeatable processes and this has its own peculiarities when generating inspections that need to be taken into account.

For this reason, VIEWAPP on iOS and Android has introduced a new feature called "In/Out of Repetitive Processes".

The concept of a repeatable process/step has been introduced to the system. This setting is used to capture any repetitive processes in a photo, for example:

- Rooms in a building;

- Production line assemblies;

- Seized vehicles in a secured area.

When creating such processes, the application now has a wizard that helps to create processes/stages one by one during the inspection process.

Many companies also use repeatable processes to create them on the web and send them for inspection to app users. To prevent such users from getting confused and creating new processes, the developers have made the following upgrades:

- Made a progress bar on top,

- Putting unfinished steps forward,

- Change the name of the button to "Finish".

Also, if you try to create a new replay, the app will prompt you to finish the ones you've already created. This is especially true for preprocesses created by webUI users.

All this has visually improved the usability of the inspections and made the app easier to use.

As new partners and cases are added to the VIEWAPP technology, there are more and more subtleties and features to automate, and this in turn makes the application even more versatile, as all upgrades are possible to use later with any other scenarios if required.
