VIEWAPP documentation

The general phase of the VEEWAPP documentation has been completed and implemented on Atlassian Confluence.

On each available page of the web interface, a help call is implemented, which opens the corresponding help page. On that page you will find all the controls and their description. There are also cross-references to pages that describe scenarios for working with the system, such as how to check inspections, or what all system roles mean. 

Inspection operators will now be able to read the help on those pages where they have a relevant knowledge gap. This will speed up the VIEWAPP application and increase the efficiency of the digital inspection technology. 

All new functions that appear in the system will be described in the documentation so that they are always up to date.
