Field detection in VIEWAPP

VIEWAPP, as an aid to all kinds of inspections, has added another important new feature that radically improves the efficiency and usability of VIEWAPP: field detection.

This functionality has been added thanks to the integration with the automatic document recognition service Dbrain and makes it possible to automatically recognise the fields in frequently used documents such as

- Passport;

- VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE;

- VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE;

- Driving license;

- Any other document, including handwritten documents.

The results of field recognition appear next to the relevant documents. These results can be used for various useful purposes:

- Reconciling data from the database with photographs of real documents;

- Drawing up an inspection report or an insurance/credit contract;

- Automated inspections for any purpose. 

Inspections are thus becoming more and more automated, which means they take less time to carry out and verify the data. The practice of recognising document fields helps to prevent errors, as artificial intelligence is involved and this minimises the human factor. Importantly, it also reduces the routine factor that plays a major role in efficiency, which in turn further reduces the cost of doing business.
