An innovative component of ViewApp - automatic damage detection

The toolbox of the ViewApp for all inspections has been extended with an automatic damage detection system.

This revolutionary transformation guarantees a lot of advantages, as it ensures that even the smallest damage is not missed during remote inspections.

This functionality is particularly relevant in the most mass-market sector for the inspection of passenger vehicles in motor insurance or, for example, in leasing, where there is a huge flow of inspections, and when damage detection is automatic, enormous savings in specialist work are obtained. And for the customer this is also an important advantage in the form of time saved on settlement or condition monitoring.

In addition financial losses due to unnoticed damages are eliminated which would always be the case without automatic systems and which is another decisive advantage.

The inspection process is very simple:

- The customer carries out the inspection himself using his smartphone and the ViewApp.

- All the data is sent to the server immediately.

- This is followed by an automatic fault recognition phase using neural networks and big data analysis.

- When a suspicious area is detected, the system draws the inspector's attention to the area that needs attention.

The ViewApp functionality aims to ensure that inspection results with detected damage are automatically included in the relevant documents:

- Inspection Report;

- Monitoring report, etc.
