ViewApp's new features

ViewApp app is undergoing many changes and improvements to enhance its functionality and productivity. An overview of the new features is in the article below.

First, the long-awaited "Conditional Form Fields" feature is now available. Now the fields of inspection are customizable, they can be rendered or hidden depending on required values.

We also added a function of copying a field or a group of fields from one inspection scheme to another, which makes using the app even more convenient and fast.

The next useful new feature is the ability to perform API inspection steps. Let's consider its importance in examples:

Case number 1: When checking the inspection of a mortgage apartment, a specialist in the mortgage department needs relevant documents (BTI plan (Property Inventory and Registration Authority)). Now there is a possibility to upload documents at the appropriate step via API (in the near future it is planned to add this feature in Web) - this makes it much easier to check the already inspected premises, referring to uploaded documents.

Case number 2: For an insurer when accepting a car for comprehensive insurance it is important to have the necessary documents to check the car's inspection and insure it. The functionality allows you to upload the necessary documents at appropriate steps, making the process more complete and concise.

The ViewApp team is especially proud for the feature below: the ability to change the inspection status.

This functionality is intended for administration (role "Administrator" or "Administrator of groups"). The function allows to compulsory change inspection statuses depending on the situation. For example, when the inspection was returned to the client, but it turned out that it was wrong, and the revision isn't required.
