New features in VIEWAPP inspection creation

VIEWAPP has improved the user friendliness of the remote inspection tool by adding a new inspection creation screen.

This improvement has been designed to avoid situations in which no inspection scenario is available to the user (and this is possible for various reasons), which could lead to confusion on the part of the user and to negative attitudes towards the app or the company which would not be acceptable. This inconvenience is now resolved with the new inspection creation screen.

Now there are a few more options when creating an inspection:

- Choose an available inspection scenario;

Or:

- Call the company - this is a screen with a list of phones you can call with one click to get advice and a draft inspection in the app;

- App2App - get guidance on creating an inspection from any other application with which VIEWAPP has integration. For example, the branded VIEWAPP build of SberOsmotr is integrated with SberOnline and an inspection of damaged property can be done directly from there.

The interface is made in such a way that the client can see the available actions at any stage and take advantage of them.
