New ViewApp functionality: Inspection scheme settings and SMS status
"Anti-vandal protection" is the name internally given to the new expected setting for inspection schemes.
The emergence of this feature is due to the following business processes practiced in companies:
Multiple departments need to be administered, where the work is configured by the head of the department. The administrator can assign the role of "Group Administrator". This role allows you to manage groups, users and inspection schemes. It appears that the Group Administrator can change the scheme settings and this will affect all users who have access to the scheme. The scheme now has new settings that allow you to control the rights to create inspections, copy the scheme and change the original inspection scheme:
1. "Scheme sample". You cannot make inspections based on it. You can work on it. After it is approved, you can tick the checkbox "Group administrators are allowed to copy the scheme". All group administrators will be able to copy it, tweak it and use it for the needs of their unit.
2. "Model scheme". Inspections can be created based on this scheme. Copying of this scheme can be made available by checking the "Group administrators are allowed to copy the scheme" box.
3. The "Standard Scheme" has all the options to create, copy and modify, which can also be managed.
The next major improvement in ViewApp functionality is the addition of SMS status. The status of texting and delivery is now displayed in the inspection in the "Share Inspection" block, as a result you don't have to guess if the user has received a text message, and you can also see if they've gone into the inspection itself!
