New VIEWAPP functionality: Checking planned survey coordinates with the Rosreestr map

VIEWAPP has added a long-awaited new feature to its digital survey platform: the display of the survey centre coordinates on the cadastral map of Rosreestr!

For the function to work, you need to:

1.    Set the "Show coordinates on cadastral map" option in the inspection scheme;

2.    For cadastral map to work correctly it is recommended to install certificates according to instructions: https://www.gosuslugi.ru/crt.

Now you don't have to perform extra manipulations, such as opening a cadastral map separately and manually comparing locations; two simple actions in VIEWAPP are enough to make all the coordinate comparison functions available! This is important for companies, e.g. for property inspections for valuation purposes for sale/purchase or rental, monitoring and control of pledges, etc.
