A new use case of VIEWAPP in a bank

VIEWAPP is currently being used in banks as a bank collateral inspection tool to assess and monitor their condition. However, as it turns out, this is by no means the last bank case to use an application for remote digital inspections.

VIEWAPP allows the bank to remotely audit the installation site online - it is convenient for the bank staff and the person who does the inspection and also saves a lot of time.

The bank gives its partners access to a script for site inspection - the employee responsible for the inspection will receive an SMS with the necessary link to download VIEWAPP for the survey.

The inspection is carried out according to the company's regulations, all the necessary forms are filled in, the photo and video material is generated by the user with step-by-step instructions, after which, if the audit is successful, which is notified in the app, the form is signed - also in the VIEWAPP app itself.

In this way, the entire audit is conducted digitally, which corresponds to the modern level of interaction between businesses and their partners and customers.
