VIEWAPP has been selected for the capital's pilot programme
Sprint Accelerator by FREI together with the Moscow Innovation Agency has selected projects for potential participation in the city's piloting programme.
VIEWAPP was among those projects that seemed the most potentially interesting to participate in the programme, which provides 186 sites (participating companies) in 18 sectors for piloting, of which VIEWAPP is the most interesting for the project:
- Banks;
- Transport;
- Retail;
- Construction.
The organisers have pre-matched, i.e. determined which projects are most suitable for which companies-participants, and piloting will be possible with any number of interested companies, i.e. a very wide field of activity is provided.
In addition, innovative start-ups are stimulated with a grant of up to 2,000,000 roubles, for which projects that meet certain criteria can apply, such as having passed a positive examination for innovativeness and not having a regional legal entity, since the grant is financed from the Moscow budget.
Before proceeding to the pilot, an application form has to be filled in which the innovative solution will be comprehensively and fully described with evidence of its compliance with legislation, effectiveness, relevance, safety, and other advantages. If this application is completed correctly, it will be forwarded to the pilot site for review and consideration by the site supervisor. If the pilot is approved, various points are then agreed, such as:
- The procedure for carrying out the pilot;
- Methodology;
- Plan-schedule;
- The form of the report;
- Criteria for success.
After the piloting, the results of the pilot will be evaluated and a report will be generated, on the basis of which the Moscow Innovation Agency will issue an opinion on the testing and its productivity. The site then decides whether to scale up the project, i.e. to use the innovative technology throughout the company, and to procure the product for the organisation's needs.
