Speeding up the sending of metadata in VIEWAPP

The VIEWAPP app for digital inspections has seen a major improvement, enabling it to send data much faster.

Previously the progress bar for uploading examination information to the server was taking quite a long time, which was inconvenient for the users and could affect the correct handling of the examination results if the upload process was interrupted.

Now with improvements to the download part of the app, the metadata is sent no longer than 1 photo, which of course has positive reactions from users.
