VIEWAPP: how can you control the signatory of an inspection?

An important new feature has been added to VIEWAPP, Managing signatures for all inspections.

The new feature has been developed as a result of the need for companies to control whether or not the authorised signatory has signed the document correctly, in other words whether the signatory has the authority as stated in the documents:

- Power of Attorney;

- Lease agreement, etc.

The function "Signature management" implies the following mechanism:

in the inspection scheme, which has the "Request document signature after successful examination" setting, there are options for signing to be selected:

- To be specified in the inspection;

- Creator of the inspection, regardless of role;

- Anyone shared with, but not the creator;

- Creator of the inspection or with whom shared;

- Client;

- Agent;

- Client or Agent;

- The organiser of the inspection.

This function falls as a signature setting in the inspection. It can be changed and specific users can be assigned to sign the inspection.

Previously, the inspection could be signed by any user: the one who created the inspection in the app, and all users with whom the inspection was shared; now the procedure for signing the document is more detailed and as close as possible to the needs of inspection companies.
