ViewApp: renewing partnership with Renaissance Insurance Group

JSC Renaissance Insurance is a large universal insurer with an excellent reputation, oriented on increasing the level of customer service and willing to implement new technologies and services to improve the level of service.

One of the innovative steps was the conclusion of a contract with ViewApp to use the app for conducting any inspections within the business processes of JSC Renaissance Group Insurance.

The pilot will start first in Moscow, and then it is planned to scale project in all regions of presence. In this particular case, ViewApp will be used for pre-insurance inspection of vehicles for Casco insurance. The pilot project will be tested on employees of JSC Renaissance Insurance Group responsible for inspections.
