VIEWAPP: systematic work to improve functionality
VIEWAPP continues to grow its portfolio of partners adopting digital inspection services.
Not only is the number of remote inspections increasing, but it is also becoming an inherent digital standard that is enjoyed not only by the companies themselves but also by their customers.
The variety of business processes leads to the fact that inspection scripts become very detailed and reflect the smallest nuances of inspection requirements. For example, we even had to implement such a thing as the "Inspection is not possible" function.
There is a situation where an inspection is scheduled, but the user has no objective opportunity to do it. In the list of "Actions" there is a button "Inspection impossible". User should press it, necessarily indicate the reason for impossibility of inspection and confirm the action. The expert, who checks the inspection, will receive it for examination (verification). At this point he can either accept such examination or cancel its impossibility and thereby force the user to return to its execution. This feature will also be implemented in repeatable processes.
Such subtleties only come to light when working closely with the needs of the remote inspection customer, and once implemented for one partner, the solution becomes demanded by others, thus increasing the efficiency of VIEWAPP's automated and secure digital inspection system.
The VIEWAPP team has a strong background, responding with lightning speed to those who have purchased licenses to use VIEWAPP digital technology for any inspections. This is a very big advantage over the other efforts, as it not only allows for continuity of support, but also generally creates the potential for development.
Various industries abroad are very interested in VIEWAPP digital inspections and not only the usual banking, insurance or leasing industry - it has turned out that industries such as food delivery, for example, need remote inspections. This is very interesting to us and opens up completely different perspectives, so work on the development and expansion of the case will continue, as well as investigating other areas, of which a large number have been identified.
