ViewApp: iOS 13 compatible

Adherents of Apple gadgets were looking forward the release of a new version of iOS 13, and finally it appeared in the end of September.

For ViewApp, this release of the new system turned out to be a test: despite Apple guarantees backward compatibility for all operating systems after the update, this did not happen.

A team of programmers had to deal with this problem for a week. Everything was settled after the release of iOS 13.2, where the identified errors were fixed.

ViewApp was successfully tested on pilot project with Raiffeisen Bank.
The app actually is working in normal mode.
