ViewApp: iOS version have an updated screen of a new inspection

The new iOS version of the app was released. Significant changes facilitating the inspection process were introduced. 

A transition was made from the old tabbed interface to the new one: now the whole process of creating a new inspection is divided into separate screens. The transitions between the screens are unambiguous, strictly sequential. Everything works in step wizard mode. Now users now exactly when they should start taking photos.

A nice bonus of product optimization: now, if the inspection doesn't include a form to be filled in or provides a shortened version of it, there are no extra steps at all (previously, there was a compulsory tab with step 2 or 3 anyway).
