VIEWAPP is a protected trademark!

VIEWAPP has been trademarked by the United States Patent and Trademark Office with registration number Reg. No. 6,669,028 in the appropriate classes of the Nice Classification.

It is noteworthy that the U.S. has all the conditions in place for rightsholders to protect their trademarks, including:

- First use priority is maintained;

- Trademarks not in use are revoked;

- Use of the trademark should be in all assigned classes, as evidenced by a declaration.

VIEWAPP has the intention to expand into the international market, including the United States, where the demand for digital innovation is high and market development mechanisms may be much more efficient than in Russia.
