Implementation of ViewApp application for independent examination

The application for smartphones ViewApp is designed to draw up an expert opinion when conducting an independent examination.

The inspection report must comply with all the requirements of the Regulations on a unified method for determining costs for repairs of a damaged vehicle including the following ones:

1. The Federal Law “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners” dated April 25, 2002 No. 40-FZ.

2. The Bank of Russia Regulation No. 431-P, dated September 19, 2014, “On the Rules for Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners”

3. The Bank of Russia Regulation No. 432-P, dated September 19, 2014, “On the Unified Methodology for Determining the Amount of Expenditures for the Repair of a Damaged Vehicle”

4. The Bank of Russia Regulation No. 433-P, dated September 19, 2014, “On the Rules for Carrying Out Independent Technical Examination of a Vehicle”

In most cases, experts and insurance companies draw up and fill outdated inspection reports, which by many parameters do not meet current, modern requirements and methods for vehicles' examination.

In ViewApp application, each stage is implemented in accordance with the current methodology and requirements for drawing up an inspection report and making photos of a damaged vehicle, the procedure includes all the tools for filling in the necessary information. Each action is accompanied by hints, which allows the application to be used by both an inexperienced person and an expert who has many years of experience in conducting and preparing reports.

The application records the registration and identification data. The vehicle's configuration is set. Damage fixing is performed using a photo application shooting and appointing the necessary repairs indicating the location and extent of damage. The application also records defects in the operation of the vehicle, takes a video of the vehicle, which excludes the possibility of replacing a vehicle with another or hiding any exploitation defects.

All information through the application is promptly received by experts, and as a result there is no need to go to the insurance company's office to hand in documents. After the data is transferred, all the documents, including the vehicle inspection report are under consideration and a decision on compensation will be made soon.

After fixing and transferring the information, the chance of any fraudulent actions is excluded, since ever after, the client does not have access to the inspection. Information can only be changed or corrected by a reviewer.
