Launch of technical support for VIEWAPP end-users
At the end of December 2021, VIEWAPP launched its end-user support with the aim of improving the user experience for everyone involved in the VIEWAPP application.
VIEWAPP's technical support will help to differentiate and separate streams of user requests, which can be divided into the following categories:
Clarification needs to work directly with the inspection company, which account for around 90% of all enquiries and include, for example, the following questions:
- How to extend the insurance?
- How to make another claim on an insurance claim?
- When will my flat be valued? etc., etc.
And direct technical questions about the operation and use of VIEWAPP itself.
The reason for opening a technical support service for VIEWAPP users is that only a few companies using VIEWAPP use the web hook on "contact us" events from the app to advise their customers, which reduces customer loyalty to the app itself, affecting the app's google play and apple appstore rankings and is therefore unacceptable.
The free-of-charge support service from VIEEWAPP will allow you to support your users with any queries and help to contact banks, leasing and insurance companies, i.e. the VIEWAPP Helpdesk is a one-stop shop for all your support queries. We have selected Zendesk as the tracker, which enables us to handle all kind of queries from all channels: telephone, email and messenger.
VIEWAPP partners will be able to arrange the following additional services via VIEWAPP Technical Support, for example
- A welcome call after receiving a text message for an inspection or after self-registration.
- Consult call in case the user has abandoned the unfinished inspection, allowing the business process to be restarted and completed.
